The board of Trustees of the Ottauquechee Health Foundation (OHF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrienne Sass to the position of Executive Director. She replaces Sherry Thornburg who has served as Executive Director since January of 2012.
“I could not be more pleased than to welcome Adrienne on as the new Executive Director of the Ottauquechee Health Foundation, says Eric Fritz, President of the Board and Chair of the Search Committee. “Her experience is a perfect fit. She has shown a passion and professional dedication to community health in her previous positions. I am looking forward to supporting her so that she can continue the amazing work that Sherry has accomplished over the past several years at OHF.”
Having worked in the Health Care Management field in the Upper Valley for many years Ms. Sass is well connected with its resources, networks and community partners.
Ms. Sass has over 14 years of Business Management experience including managerial skills, mediation and facilitation, supervisory, employee training and Human Resource Management.
Before joining the Ottauquechee Health Foundation as Executive Director Ms. Sass held the positions of Site Manager, Planned Parenthood of Northern New England in White River Junction VT., Executive Director of The Hartford Prevention Coalition, White River Junction VT, and administrator of Community Rehab Care in Newton, MA.

There is wonderful work being done here and some new and exciting initiatives on the horizon — I am thrilled to be joining the OHF family and honored to be continuing the excellent work that OHF is doing in the community.”
Ms. Sass holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Emanuel College, Boston, MA and a Graduate Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Champlain College, Burlington, VT and will be completing her Masters in January of 2017.

The OHF Board of Trustees is currently focused on updating our Strategic Plan to define and focus the Foundation’s priorities for the coming years. Adrienne’s deep and varied Upper Valley experience with a number of nonprofit organizations will provide OHF unique opportunities to collaborate with the area’s health and wellness network”.
