
The mission of the Ottauquechee Health Foundation is to promote and support programs that identify and help meet the health care needs in Woodstock and the surrounding communities.
Grant Information
In 1997, the Ottauquechee Health Foundation began providing grants to improve healthcare in the community. Since that time, the Foundation has contributed over one million dollars to these grant programs.
Organizational Grants
Targeted grants from $300 to $30,000 are made each year to organizations addressing critical health needs in the community. You can download an online version of a grant application here and guidelines for applications here.

Good Neighbor Grants
Good Neighbor Grants meet individual healthcare needs for those who cannot afford the care they need. Payments are made directly to doctors, dentists, pharmacists and mental health providers. You can download guidelines here and an application form here.
Educational Grants
Educational grants assist with expenses related to training in healthcare professions. These funds are available for individuals residing in the Foundation's service area who will be providing healthcare services here. For more information on these grants, please contact the foundation.
